I had a fantastic stay at this family house. The room was spacious and had good showers, making it very comfortable. The owners were always available to answer questions and provide assistance. They even helped me arrange a whale watching charter, as the owner is a whale watching guide. The breakfast was delicious with a different option every day, and the tea was exceptional. The location was close to the beach, making it convenient for walks and relaxation.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Mirissa! the location was perfect - it was close to the best beach in Sri Lanka. I loved that it was just a short walk away from Mirissa beach and the main strip of shops. Secondly, the room was spacious and well-equipped, with its own balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view. Lastly, the breakfast included was delicious and it was a great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, room amenities, and value for money.

All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The room had a nice balcony and good Wi-Fi receptions. the breakfast was very good, and the family was welcoming. We appreciated the location near the bus stop and local restaurants.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired and we encountered some creepy crawlies. the water pressure in the bathroom was poor, and there were no blankets or toilet paper provided.

Very welcoming and hospitable, adapted breakfast to my preferences, helpful owner, extended my stay, great value for price, interesting and open family.

The breakfast served was delicious, with authentic Sri Lankan dishes. The location of the guest house was ideal, just a short walk to both the bus station and the beach. It was the perfect base for exploring the beautiful nature and beaches of the area.

The rooms could get a bit noisy in the early morning as they were close to the road and there was preparation for the whale watching tours. the walk to the beach was around 10 minutes and involved walking along a busy road.
